With Father's Day just around the corner, I figured this would be the perfect time to have a FREE GIVEAWAY. That's right, you can save your money for that Father's Day gift you're still trying to decide on and still be able to get some awesome photos!
The last day to enter is 5/26/10. The lucky name will be drawn on 5/27/10. Here are the details...
The Package
• Up to 1.5 hours of shooting time at a location of your choice (L.A. or Orange County)
• A DVD with up to 30 of the best photographer selected high res images, copyright release, and printing rights
• A blog post of your best images
• One 8X10 print
How to Enter
There are different ways you can enter, but you only have to do 1.
1. Become a FOLLOWER of this blog (Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Follow)
2. Become a fan of the JAYEB PHOTOGRAPHY Facebook fan page (click on this link to be directed to the fan page and then click on "Like"). Once you have done so, send me an email at janet@jayebphotography.com to let me know, and I will enter your name into the drawing.
3. If you already are a FOLLOWER of this blog or a fan on FACEBOOK, post a comment with a way for me to get a hold of you or simply send me an email at janet@jayebphotography.com!

I had a lot of fun with this shoot. I had an idea in my head and everything pretty much happened the way I envisioned. I had a beautiful model to work with and a perfect location. I would be amiss if I did not give the proper credit to my Make-up artist, Celina Scott. Dear Reader,
I appreciate your continued support, and will always find ways to continue to provide you with the highest quality products and services. As part of that effort, I've discovered that a price increase is necessary in order to maintain the same level of quality in my products and services. Effective June 15th, JAYEB PHOTOGRAPHY's photo session pricing will change from $150 to $200.
There are a few openings left before the effective price change, but they're going fast!
Note: All clients who have booked a session with me before the changes were made will retain their original package price. All appointments made after June 15th will inherit the new price tag.

It's been difficult the last of couple days. Everyone is trying to adjust and get back into the normal swing of things, but it's just not that easy. We laid to rest one of our own; my little cousin, my brother. We have been trying to cope with the loss of our loved one, but the pain is undeniable. We never thought that he would be called back home so soon. This was honestly the hardest event to take pictures of. About one month ago, I posted images from another funeral service which included this cousin of mine and the pictures were taken at the same place. I'm in disbelief of how quick a life can be taken. On the other hand, his farewell was beautiful. Every detail of the funeral service was planned with him in mind. Marcus, we love and miss you so much.
