The New Addition: SWAGGA LIKE MINE

A little over a year ago when I started doing photography, I had no idea what I wanted to specialize in. Without knowing the direction I was going, I just started to take pics of everything!! From newborns, expecting mothers, family events, weddings, engagements, corporate events, high school seniors, children, families, birthday parties, baby showers, etc. You name it, I was shooting it. It wasn't until recently when I discovered what I really enjoy shooting. Being inspired by a song, my environment or something that I saw on TV then creating a concept, scouring for props, connecting with hair stylists and make-up artists, making sure the wardrobe and the location was just right. These conceptual type of images is what I like creating. It felt like a lot more planning and a lot more work, but that's just me. I enjoy organizing. I wanted to give this work that I'm doing its own identity. It wasnt easy to put a name to it, so I reached out and welcomed ideas and suggestions.
