Last month I had the privilege of shooting Nani & Sione's engagement session. I had a great time with these two. They were humble, down to earth and just great people to be around. The bride-to-be chose the location which I immediately fell in love with. If you've been following my blog, then you know that anywhere near downtown L.A. is one of my favorite places to shoot! Anywho, these two will be tying the know next month in Sacramento. I am so happy for them and wish them nothing but the best!

I am super excited to post photos from this Senior session. I have been craving to shoot in Downtown Los Angeles for a while now, so I was finally able to get my fix. It is always a privilege to be able to capture special times in people's lives. I remember when I was a high school senior many moons ago, I felt like I was on top of the world. Natalia, who is currently a Senior at Dominguez High was prepared for our photo session. From the preparation of the make-up and hair, to the stunning outfits, and lastly the location. I loved everything about this shoot and I am happy to say that we have a cinematic video trailer to give you a glimpse of our shoot that day. Thank you Natalia and everyone who helped to make this shoot as successful as it was!!

It wasn't too long ago when I first saw my engagement pictures. Even after I purchased my wedding dress, it didn't feel as official until I saw my engagement photos. That's when it all hit me that I was actually getting married. I'm guessing that is exactly what Sharmaine will be feeling when she sees her engagement photos for the first time. I love the colors that Tui and Sharmaine chose to wear to their engagement session and especially the location that they both decided on. I can only imagine what their wedding is going to be like. I am confident that everything will turn out beautifully!! Here are some of my favorites from their engagement session at the South Coast Botanic Garden in Palos Verdes. Thank you Tui & Roni for a great session. Can't wait til' May!!
