This was my first time shooting at Heritage Park. When I arrived and saw where we were shooting, I thought it was the perfect location for a maternity photo session. When Serena arrived, we immediately went to work. Serena was definitely a natural in front of the camera! Luckily, we were able to shoot when we did because later on that day, she gave birth to her new bundle of joy! Congrats Serena & family :)

My brother & his fiance are expecting their second child and we are super excited! I refer to Reiko (my brother's fiance) as my sister-in-law because they've been together for such a long time that it's like they're pretty much married. lol. We went to a nearby park in Fullerton and spent about an hour there taking pictures. Having two dogs (one of them not pictured) and a 1 year old in tow wasn't the easiest thing to do, but we did it!!

I have never been to Dockweiler Beach in L.A. until I did a maternity shoot with Kelii & China along with the Ohana (more pics of them to come). We decided to go with a Hawaiian theme, don't know if you could tell :) I was so excited to pull out the props. Thanks to friends and family who helped with the ensemble! Recently, Kelii gave birth to a healthy boy named Kaipo. I cant wait to meet him. Here are a few pics from the shoot!

I met Song at a baby shower. She was already close to her due date, but we still managed to get her in to do a session. She had a beautiful baby boy a few weeks ago and I cannot wait to meet him!

They met in high school at a football game. She was a freshman and he was a sophomore. 10 years later and they are still together, but now happily married and expecting their first child and first grandchild (on his side). I am so happy for Maria and Bo and wish them all of the best as they begin a new chapter in their life building a family of their own.

I grew up with Lasi since I was young and I can remember sunny days when she would ride her bike to my house and ask if I wanted to play. Here we are 15 years later, and she is now a wife and beautiful mother of two, soon-to-be three boys. I can't wait actually my camera can't wait to see her new addition :) Love you Las!
